Long-Term Family Caregiver - West Seattle/Burien Border - Sept 2025 We're a family of four with two energetic, curious boys (ages 4 & 6) seeking a responsible, reliable caregiver to grow with us long-term. We are looking for someone who is available on Fridays during school hours. There is possibility for as needed care on weekends and Mondays as well as date nights. Position starts in Sept as a mother's helper to ensure a smooth transition. Must have high energy for active play, be comfortable with busy bodies/loud voices, skilled at redirecting curious minds, and confident in navigating sibling conflict calmly. Care might shift between 1 or both kids depending on the time of the day and the schedule. Flexible, adaptable, and LOCAL applicants preferred.
