Full Time Nanny Needed For 2 Kids (1yo1&4yo)

Both parents work full time, and we really need dependability. We need someone who is engaged and patient with the kids, but can also be the adult in the room. Our daughter is in pre-k for half days, so she's usually home after lunch. She loves to play, read, sing, play outside. Our son just wants to play with anything big sis is playing with. Loves being outdoors and recently loving books. We need full time care for our 1-year-old who is home full time, and our 4-year-old who is part time pre-k. Expectations include handling meals, snacks, diapers, naps, playing and light pick up after the kids. We also live walking distance from a park and the kids love going on walks. Need someone who is engaging and also has patience especially with a kid who is very bright. We have 2 dogs - an adult lab and a golden retriever puppy.
