Engaging Babysitter Needed For Occasional Dropoff/Pickup From School, Pays Well

We are looking for an experienced babysitter that can help occasionally to drop off or pick up our 1st grade twin boys from school. There is not a set schedule... we might need you a few times a week and then go a few weeks without needing help. The times that we usually need are 6:30am-8 a.m. and then 2:30-5:30 p.m. (or later). Looking for someone who has this general availability, we can usually give ample heads up. Our boys have lots of energy so we are looking for someone that is engaging, loves to be with kids, and has ample experience with children. My husband and I are easy to work with (I know most parents probably say that, but I'm happy to give you references to speak to our past sitters!). Because this is not a set schedule and we are looking for someone with more experience, we are happy to negotiate a good rate.
