Our daughter is an active girl, so someone who loves to play and move around a lot with her is preferred We are a no screen time/cry it out family . No phones at all while she is awake. Ideally, this person will add to her development enrichment and partner with us on making sure she is getting age appropriate activities and also someone is willing to potty train.
