We want to give to individually care for newborn and children up to 5 years of age. I have been working and studying in the medical field for more than 10 years. I am CPR and First Aid certified, I'm well-experienced at taking care of children. Having worked in a daycare center facility and having 5 children of my own. I am proud to say 2 of my children have graduated high school and are off to college and the other is an honor-roll student. I decided to stay home with my son who are 7 and 2 years old. They are wonderful and friendly and likes to play with other children. My daughter (24 years old) will be assisting me while she's taking early childhood development courses at a local community college and she's also a CPR and First Aid certified. Our facility is designed like homey atmosphere with a playroom area and a backyard for the kids to play outside and get some exercise. Our daily activities are singing, arts &amp; crafts, playing games, learning all while having fun. Depending on the weather we are also going outside for fun activities and for walks (Buggy ride) in the summer. I am very meticulous with cleaning and keeping my home as clean as when I worked in the hospital. I love taking care of children and believe that they deserve individual attention and care. Allow us to give that attention and care your child deserves. We are licensed by the state of Michigan. So if you are interested in having that personal attention given to your child and would like to take a tour, please contact us. Hi Moms & Dads, I've Been a Professional Mom for over 9 years now. I love what I do!!! My home is dedicated to your child having FUN and Learning as he/she comes to my home each day! We do Pre-School activities and have lots of fun indoor as well as out door play time! My back yard is fenced in with tons of toys for all aged children to play on. In the warmer months we walk to the Warren Fountain (with your permission) to play in the city fountain! On the other Hot days, we have fun in my back yard on a slip-n-slid or a sprinkler, or a toddler sprinkler mat for the babies! (can't forget the wee-ones) My Home is very open and I have a ton of room for the kids to burn off energy on the rainy days or during the winter months. I have activity centers for all age babies for as they grow. But personally, I prefer to hold them as much as I can! I'm not going to be having any more babies myself. So I DO enjoy the babies when a new family comes to my Daycare or an existing family has a new baby!!!! (smile, as any mommy should!) When they become more mobile I like to have a section of my living room closed off from the older kids, so the babies have their time to explore their new world and surroundings!) Every child has a pack-n-play (crib) that is dedicated to him/her while they are here at Jen's Bean Sprouts! Their sheets are changed daily - if needed, or at the end of the week and washed in a hot bleach wash. I like to make sure your child is as healthy as possible while they are in my care! The older children sleep on cots with sheets and blankets. So if your child has a special animal he/she likes to sleep with that's OK with me!!! I'm a MOM 1st!!! So if your child is hungry or thirsty he/she will get food or drink when he/she likes. I do NOT, believe a child should only eat 3 meals a day. So not to worry about how often your child ate here.
