Mooresville Housekeeping

In between my nanny/babysitting jobs, I have also been a housekeeper. I have cleaned homes for many years. I think it is very important to have things clean & germ free, especially when there are children around. I worked down in South Charlotte cleaning homes, apts, and townhouses, Unfortunately, it is was just too far for me to drive down there anymore. So I am trying to find something closer to my home in Mooresville. If you need a nanny/housekeeper, then I'm interested in hearing from you.

I am experienced in housekeeping thanks to my upbringing. I was raised to keep a tidy area and a tidy self. Besides my lifelong experience keeping my own house clean, I have 10+ years of experience cleaning and caring for restaurants when I was in the restaurant industry. My "side-work" daily server tasks included cleaning the server areas: beverage fountains and tea urns, break areas, silverware and their stations, cup racks, and using the dishwashers. I was also responsible for duties such as throwing out the trash, wiping down countertops and shelves, cleaning dining room tables and chairs from top to bottom, sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming carpets, Windex the windows, mirrors and glass, sanitizing the (micro) computers, dusting the restaurant tv's and pictures, as well as cleaning both men and women's bathrooms. I am passionate about taking care of things, giving attention to detail, and feeling proud of a job well done.

I have many, many years experience in housekeeping for my grandmother and sick mother and as a nanny doing general pickup and laundry.

I started babysitting/housekeeping when I was about 12. My parents gave me an allowance to watch my younger siblings (then 5 and 7) and do a set list of chores. Since 2011, I have worked at Subway serving customers and cleaning the store. In August 2015, I will start at UNCSA for graduate school and will be able to accommodate the Winston-Salem area.

I love to clean. I find peace, relaxation and tranquility in cleaning. I own many products that I use to clean. Many of them are organic because I believe in maintaining a healthy environment. I also respect other's and their belongings. I do not do anything that is not asked of me. I always ask before I complete or go forth with a task. I am very flexible, but I can only work 2-8 Monday-Friday (minus Thursdays) and I can work anytime on Sundays and late afternoons on Saturday. I have an $800 Oreck Vacuum along with a Dyson Vacuum as well.

I currently decided to take the next step in my career and work for my self. I started cleaning to earn money at the age of 14yrs old. And I continued through my teenage to adulthood working for commercial and residential companies as well as hospitals. From housekeeping to laundry departments. I have references if needed. A clean background as well as reliable, dependable and very detailed with my work.

Hello there. I'm Cynthia and have over over 10 years experience in cleaning and organizing homes. I am friendly, outgoing, personable, trustworthy and very dependable. I am available as needed on the weekends for a few hours. I am also currently available on Thursday Oct 15 and Friday Oct 16 from 9-5 p.m. I have my own transportation and my own cleaning supplies. Light housekeeping services available in the Kannapolis and Concord area. I'm available during my son school hours and some weekends. I provide detailed services with organization skills. I'm dependable, responsible, and always on time. I do light housekeeping such as, clean bathroom, sweep, mop, vacuum, take our trash, light laundry, and dusting. I do not do kitchen cabinets, base boards or blinds. My rates starts at $60 up to 4 hours cleaning, and additional $15 per hour for each additional hours.
