HOUSEKEEPER WANTED

Part Time • $12 – 25/hr • Starts 02/16 • West Orange, NJ
I live by myself in a studio. I work 50-60 hours per week (currently from home) and would like some help keeping the place up. Cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen cleaning, and bathroom cleaning are all things I could use. I'm not particularly gross so it shouldn't be super strenuous. I'd love an estimate and would like to schedule a "trial" cleaning to see how things go ASAP. Assuming the arrangement works out for both of us, we can discuss if I need 2 or 4 cleanings per month. I'm fairly flexible in my schedule, and as I am home all day working, I am willing to accommodate most hours for this job. One caveat: I work from home, so I will need you to be comfortable switching from loud tasks to quiet ones fairly quickly if I have to pick up the phone, i. e. vacuuming to dusting.

We would require daily cleaning of the house, laundry, meal preparation, walking dogs (both very friendly husky and husky mix), pet sitting when on vacation, watching two toddler boys from time to time, and various duties like running odd errands, grocery shopping, dry cleaning, etc. Realistically we would only require 15-25 hours of work per week that can be done around other work schedules if needed- we're flexible. Within our home we have a tastefully furnished one bedroom apt, utilities/cable/WiFi included, complete with your own kitchen and bath with separate entrance. We ideally would like a live in situation and we can offer compensation with living expenses covered. Open to negotiation for the right person.
