Hi! We are looking for a nanny/ housekeeper for our three kids starting immediately. Ideally we would like someone who would live-in 5 days a week. We have two boys (age 5. 5 and 3) and a newborn baby girl. We would love someone who would be willing to travel with us back and forth to the shore this summer if possible. Once school starts again in the fall we would primarily like help with housekeeping, driving the boys to various activities and spending time with our baby girl. A valid drivers license is a must. I am a divorced dad with 50% custody of 3 kids, 11, 9, and 7, and a heavy (and irregular - shift work) work schedule. I prioritize work and parenting over many of the other tasks that need to be done. But those tasks still need doing, and if I find someone to lighten that load and help provide a better structure in which to operate, both my life and my kids' lives will be improved. Primary needs are help with dishes, laundry wash/fold/putaway, tidying rooms and helping to provide organizational structure. The job posting on Care. com required specifying days of the week. I am not tied to Tuesdays/Thursdays, necessarily. Ideally, I am looking for about 2 days a week, about 5 hrs/day. This could shift over time, depending on your needs and mine. If a good fit, could expand to some child care hours or extra projects as needed, if available.

Two of us and our dog live in a two bedroom one bathroom apartment in Narberth. We are seeking assistance with grocery shopping, meal prep, kitchen cleanup, and laundry. We're thinking to have someone who can balance all those activities as needed come in for a few hours on two days a week every week to keep laundry and food/meal prep activities moving along for us. I am at home working in one of the rooms during the day and can help with strategizing and organizing as needed! We don't actually need a ton of cleaning help since the place is so small. We've tried doing meal prep box subscriptions but the food quality and economy of managing all the packaging and cooking and still having to go to the grocery store on top of that makes it not work so well for us.
