Saint Augustine, FL House Cleaning Jobs

We're a family of four (plus 1 cat) and are searching for a great house keeper / home assistant who can assist us with daily house chores like taking care of dishes, laundry, tidying, cleaning surfaces, trash/recycling, watering the plants, cooking meals etc. We would like a more thorough house cleaning once a month, including vacuuming and mopping, kitchen cleaning, bathroom cleaning, dusting, general room cleaning and cat litter box cleanup. If there are any rug/carpet stains we would like those to be treated as well. Every few months we're looking to have the oven, refrigerator and windows cleaned in addition to the monthly cleaning. We don't wear shoes inside the house.

Searching for reliable weekly housekeeping help. One day per week. Job takes 4 hours and includes organizing and general cleaning as needed. Either Tuesdays or Wednesdays are best. Mornings or late mornings preferred. Pay is $25 /hr. Start date is flexible. Please contact me if you're interested Thanks!

My home is new and there are several rooms that dont need cleaning every week. No laundry, no bed linens (I do that myself). Theres just two of us and our home is not cluttered and rarely dirty. I need the extra time spent dusting, because I have a dust allergy. The rest is just normal cleaning, kitchen, bathrooms, other rooms with vacuuming and dusting. I have a lot of woodwork, so I prefer the time that might be spent on laundry or bed making to be used for that.

I will supply all cleaning supplies and vacuum.
