I am open to dropping him off or having someone stay in house. Whatever works.

Hello! My husband and I are both pilots. We just relocated back to Pittsburgh for my job. His schedule for the next month comes out the 3rd week of the current month typically it is a grouping of 4-5 days at a time with 14-15 days total for the month. My schedule firms up about a week in advance, and the care is needed for when our trips overlap. The hours needed would range from 6 hours up to 5 days with overnights. Currently, we have been taking our son to be watched in the sitter's home. It seems to be the least disruptive option to everyone's schedule, and I like that he gets social interaction that may not occur with strictly in-home care. She has been reliable, has good rapport, and has incorporated our son as part of her family, and I would love to find that again! We are non-smokers and do not have pets.
