Nanny Needed For My Kindergarten Daughter

We are looking for a great nanny for 1 child in Pittsburgh. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets, who is CPR certified and who has college degree. My wife and I are grad school educated. We want someone who can pick our daughter up from school, take her to gymnastics 1 day a week, feed her, play with her a bit. Our adult child is having surgery in Philadelphia and will have to remain there for a month so my wife and I will have to trade off time caring for our daughter in Philly. We would prefer someone of more open minded less conservative thinking.
