In addition to music, I am a Tutor and instructor with ESOL students. While still in college, I tutored and assisted in the instruction of History, English and Mathematics. During law school, I was hired by a major retailer to teach English to the Spanish-speaking associates. Being a quick and efficient learner lets me handle many diverse duties and allows me to be a highly motivated self-starter, good problem solving and multi-tasker. Importantly, my writing and verbal communication skills include a high level of proficiency and being bilingual in English and Spanish. I have played in my high School and college bands. In high school I also lead the marching band as Drum Major. Recently I have been in a band for about three years that plays Rock. Experience Teaching: I have had teaching, instructing and tutoring positions for well over 20 years. On the academic level I have taught and tutored, English and Math from K-college. In between teaching jobs, I have also been a music intructor, teaching piano, guitar, bass and saxophone.
