***This course is ONLY for Grades 1-5*** Artists will be drawing each week in a different location around Murray Ave. This club will be able to enhance spatial reasoning, improve observation skills, increase knowledge retention, and foster emotional expression. This club will provide a hands-on way to connect with an artist's environment, develop fine motor skills, and engage with learning through a multi-sensory approach that can help them better recall information. ***This course is ONLY for Grades 1-3*** The Mindful Movement Club is an engaging, calming enrichment program designed for young learners in grades 1–3. Over eight weeks, students explore mindfulness through simple movement, breathing exercises, yoga-inspired activities, focus games, and creative reflection. Each session follows a predictable, kid-friendly structure: a calm start, warm-up movement, main activity, quiet reflection or drawing, and a closing routine. Weekly themes include mindful breathing, animal movements, balance challenges, yoga stories, sound awareness, and student-made calming strategies.
