urbanCHEF's Spring Break Camp is all about the Holidays! Come join us as we celebrate popular holidays but all in one week. For the 4th of July, we'll be making turkey burger sliders with scratch-made burger buns, roasted potato wedges, TX caviar, and apple hand pies.

For Valentine's Day, we'll be making heart shaped pasta paired with a marinara sauce, turkey meatball skewers, garlic knots, and cupcakes.

Time to go green and find a little bit of luck! Our green celebration will consist of Shamrock Quesadillas with Guacamole, Lucky Lemon-Lime Punch, Cilantro Rice, and Key Lime Pie for dessert.
