🏈 Session Format Each 50-minute session will rotate weekly between 12:00PM, 1:00PM or 2:00PM Please note that all times are subject to change until the final schedule is released, along with your child’s team assignment. 🏈 Program Goals Our program emphasizes skill development, teamwork, and fun. Coaches will teach fundamental football skills through structured drills and supervised scrimmages. 🏈 Registration & Payment This is a Fall session. In the event of rain, sessions will move indoors if space is available. If indoor space is unavailable, a credit will be issued. 🏈 Cancellations & Credits Cancellations made before the session begins will receive a credit to your Hi-Five account. Once the session starts, no credits or refunds will be issued unless there is an emergency. If your child misses a class due to illness, please notify us prior to the scheduled date to receive a credit or information about make-up options in an age-appropriate session. 🏈 Equipment Requirement Soft helmets are required and must be purchased prior to the first session.

This class is designed for gymnasts who have mastered the foundational skills and are ready to take their abilities to the next level! Students will refine and advance their current skills, including backbends, round-offs, and cartwheels, while learning new exciting skills like back and front walkovers, pullover on the bars, and squat-ons. With a focus on technique, strength, and precision, Superstars provides a fun and challenging environment where gymnasts can continue to grow and build confidence as they progress to more advanced skills with our supportive and encouraging coaches. Hi-Five Little Artists: Create, Imagine & Shine! Our Hi-Five Little Artists class is the perfect place for young creators to explore their imagination and have fun with art! Each week features a new, exciting theme that introduces children to a variety of materials, techniques, and creative styles. Students will work on engaging, hands-on projects designed to build fine motor skills, creativity, and confidence. Every child will complete and take home a unique masterpiece each week—something they can be proud of! Throughout the session, artists will also have opportunities to showcase their work, building excitement and pride in their creations. No refunds or credits, make-up classes only! The only time to drop the class will be when the first session ends in December 2026. If you do not drop then you will be automatically re-enrolled for January-May 2027.

This Level 1 Gymnastics class is perfect for beginners or those new to structured gymnastics. Athletes will be introduced to fundamental skills on all apparatus, including floor, beam, bars, and vault. The focus is on building a strong foundation through basic movements such as rolls, jumps, balances, and proper body positions. Gymnasts will also develop strength, flexibility, coordination, and listening skills in a fun, safe, and encouraging environment. This level helps prepare athletes for progression into more advanced gymnastics classes. Important Policies: No refunds or credits will be issued. Make-up classes are available for missed sessions. The only opportunity to drop the class is at the end of the first session in December 2026. You can cancel your registration at any time, but you will only receive a credit for your remaining balance. There are no refunds just Hi-Five Credits NO CLASS 7/4
