Extreme Acro & Tumbling is a fast-paced, high-energy class that blends the strength, flexibility, and balance of acro with the power and precision of tumbling. Designed for athletes ready to be challenged, this class focuses on building control, technique, and dynamic movement. Athletes will work on skills such as backbends, back walkovers, back handsprings, and connected tumbling passes, while also developing acro elements like balances, flexibility, and fluid transitions. Conditioning and flexibility training are key components, helping athletes improve strength, stability, and overall performance quality. With a strong focus on progression and confidence, athletes may also have the opportunity to participate in floor competitions if coaches determine they are ready. Junior Jumpers is the perfect start for our youngest gymnasts to explore the world of movement and gymnastics! In this class, children will explore obstacle courses, jump on the trampoline, and test their balance as they walk across the beam. Using a variety of fun equipment, they’ll begin to develop essential skills like coordination, strength, balance and flexibility—all while fostering a love for gymnastics. For our elite gymnasts ready to take their skills to the next level. This performance team offers a challenging and rewarding environment for those passionate about advancing in gymnastics. -included in this package are elective drop-ins and make ups to any movement studio recreational class upon weekly availability by emailing movementstudio@hifivesports.com. Also free membership to all weekly movement studio open gyms throughout the 2026-2027 season. There are no refunds for missed classes or absences. In the event of rain, sessions will move indoors if space is available.
