  The main goal of the Hi-Five Flag Football program is to provide an opportunity for each athlete to improve his/her football skills while having FUN! Our philosophy of positive reinforcement in teaching football enables each athlete to enjoy the game while learning necessary skills and techniques. Our Hi-Flyers Cheerleading Program is the perfect introduction to the exciting world of cheer! Our program teaches the fundamentals of cheerleading, including basic cheers, positions, stunts and routines. Hi-Flyers will also practice tumbling, and jumps, while developing coordination, strength, and flexibility. Get ready for unlimited fun and high energy drills, mixed with leadership and team building activities. Please note, our Hi-Flyers will have the opportunity to perform at multiple Hi-Five Sports halftimes throughout the season. (All performances are optional) Join the movement today! This class is designed for gymnasts who have mastered the foundational skills and are ready to take their abilities to the next level! Students will refine and advance their current skills, including backbends, round-offs, and cartwheels, while learning new exciting skills like back and front walkovers, pullover on the bars, and squat-ons. With a focus on technique, strength, and precision, Superstars provides a fun and challenging environment where gymnasts can continue to grow and build confidence as they progress to more advanced skills with our supportive and encouraging coaches. This class is perfect for beginners or those with some gymnastics experience, focusing on building a strong foundation of essential skills! Students will work on mastering somersaults, handstands, cartwheels, back-bends and round-offs on the floor, while improving balance on the beam. They’ll strengthen their muscles with front support on the bars, and have a blast performing fun jumps and tricks on the trampoline. Junior Jumpers & Preschool Academy Get your little one ready for preschool before they start or in addition to! This unique class blends early childhood learning with movement and gymnastics, giving your child the perfect balance of structure, play, and skill development. We begin with a caregiver-supported experience, gradually transitioning to an independent class by November with the support of our dedicated teachers and coaches. Through engaging activities, your child will explore a preschool classroom environment—discovering new learning materials, building social connections, and experiencing typical preschool routines led by an experienced teacher. But the fun doesn’t stop there! Each class starts with an exciting gymnastics session, where little jumpers will navigate obstacle courses, bounce on the trampoline, and test their balance on the beam. Using a variety of fun equipment, they’ll develop coordination, strength, and flexibility—all while building confidence and a love for movement! Let’s get your child ready to start preschool before they turn 2 years old. Seeing is believing: this is a class for children who miss the September cut-off for preschool and are ready to learn and play! We will begin the class with a caregiver and by November your child will be on their own with the support of their teacher and coach. See your child grow throughout the Parent/Caregiver and Child sessions as they joyfully explore the environment, manipulatives, learning materials, and discover the children around them. You and your child will be in a preschool classroom experiencing some of the typical daily activities, and learn from an experienced preschool teacher. This class encourages creativity, cognitive and social development, and independence in a preschool setting. There is never a better time to start working on gross and fine motor skills! We will also incorporate a “regular” day of preschool and end with a fun sports class! First month is 1 hr, then 90 min, and we move to 2 hours after winter break! Snacks are included! We’ll teach basic fundamentals of a wide variety of sports and then assist and supervise as our campers compete in an organized and safe setting!! Hi-Five Soccer is a 50-minute developmental soccer class for children 2-5 years old that focuses on skills learned throughout the course of the program.
