🏈 Session Format Please note that all times are subject to change until the final schedule is released, along with your child’s team assignment. 🏈 Program Goals Our program emphasizes skill development, teamwork, and fun. Coaches will teach fundamental football skills through structured drills and supervised scrimmages. 🏈 Registration & Payment This is a Fall session. In the event of rain, sessions will move indoors if space is available. If indoor space is unavailable, a credit will be issued. 🏈 Cancellations & Credits Cancellations made before the session begins will receive a credit to your Hi-Five account. Once the session starts, no credits or refunds will be issued unless there is an emergency. If your child misses a class due to illness, please notify us prior to the scheduled date to receive a credit or information about make-up options in an age-appropriate session. 🏈 Equipment Requirement Soft helmets are required and must be purchased prior to the first session.

Cartwheels & Kicks The perfect class for kids who love to move! Cartwheels & Kicks combines the best of both worlds with half gymnastics and tumbling and half soccer, giving athletes the opportunity to build strength, coordination, confidence, and teamwork while having a blast. The soccer portion of class is led by Coach Caroline, a Division I soccer player at the University of Kentucky, who brings high-level experience, energy, and a love for the game to every session. During the gymnastics portion, gymnasts will develop tumbling fundamentals (everything from cartwheels to walkovers aerials, and back handsprings, balance, flexibility, and body awareness through fun, age-appropriate instruction. Extreme Acro & Tumbling is a fast-paced, high-energy class that blends the strength, flexibility, and balance of acro with the power and precision of tumbling. Designed for athletes ready to be challenged, this class focuses on building control, technique, and dynamic movement. Athletes will work on skills such as backbends, back walkovers, back handsprings, and connected tumbling passes, while also developing acro elements like balances, flexibility, and fluid transitions. Conditioning and flexibility training are key components, helping athletes improve strength, stability, and overall performance quality. With a strong focus on progression and confidence, athletes may also have the opportunity to participate in floor competitions if coaches determine they are ready. This class is perfect for those looking to push their limits, perform with confidence, and take their skills to the next level. **NOTE: You will get the opportunity to train weekly with our TopStars training track team and elite TopStars coaches!
