Welcome to Footsteps Full Day Camp at Barrett! This day is not included with school year enrollment, it is an additional non-school day that was added this year to the BRSSD Calendar. Enrollment for this day will only be offered at Barrett. Full Day Camp at Footsteps includes fun and educational activities including rented inflatable jumpers and slides. The typical day includes indoor and outdoor choices with arts & crafts, games, sports, wheels*, gardening, and activity clubs. Two healthy snacks are included each day, lunch is not provided. Pizza lunch is available under extras. *Children are allowed to bring bikes, scooters, and other non-motorized wheels to ride during the day. Helmets and other safety gear must be worn, and children may only use the items they bring.

Welcome to Camp Footsteps Adventurers Footsteps Child Care, in partnership with the City of Belmont Parks and Recreation, will once again offer eight weeks of summer camp designed specifically for older children and youth entering fourth grade through middle school. Each day there is something new to do, learn and explore, camp is sure to be a fun adventure! Monday is “Welcome Day” where team building activities are explored. Tuesdays include a morning hike and recreational swim at local pools in the afternoon. Wednesdays are field trip days, with exciting field trips older children and youth love! Thursdays include hands-on STEAM projects in the morning with an afternoon trip to the Belmont Library and recreational swim. Fridays include a special event, community service project, or a trip to Camp Footsteps for our Counselors-In-Training program. Wednesday Field Trip: Aqua Adventure, Fremont Meals available for $10. Meal options are Hot Dog, Chicken Nuggets, or Cheese Pizza with Chips or Apple Sauce and Juice or Water. Meal choice will be collected by camp staff.

Week Nine – World of Water WOW Week! Dates: August 4–8, 2025 Splash into the final week of camp to celebrate the wonders of water! Dive into water-themed fun, explore the importance of water in our world through games, crafts, and exciting activities. Experience water play, create aquatic-themed crafts, design mini boats, learn about oceans, rivers, marine life, and water conservation, every day is packed with water-inspired fun. Wednesday Field Trip: Aqua Adventure Water Park, Fremont – Cool off and enjoy a day with water slides, lazy rivers, and splash zones at this thrilling water park! Friday Special Event: End-of-Summer Water Party – Celebrate the end of an amazing summer with a water-themed party! Featuring water balloon games, sprinklers, waterslides, and refreshing summer treats, it is the perfect way to wrap up an unforgettable camp season.
