I am a father and husband, proudly born and raised in El Paso, Texas. Growing up, I was always very passionate and invested when it came to music, and I have realized that passion by now investing into others the great blessing of being able play and perform music of any kind at any level! I believe it is a truly enriching experience to be able to play your favorite music on your own, and I am very excited to teach and mentor interested students in doing so! Formal Education: Has studied piano and guitar at Franklin High School and has gone on to study piano/ music theory and composition with Dena Kay Jones at UTEP. Private Education: Privately taught alongside formal classes in school until college Performing Experience: Many and various concerts, recitals, and other performances throughout high school, college, and now can be found playing keys at The Anchor Church every Sunday morning Experience Teaching: 5 years of teaching students from pre-school ages to senior citizen students -Education- Degree: BA of Music Theory and Composition School: UTEP
