I have over 10 years of professional performance both in bands and by myself. I also have formal training in piano, guitar, and bass guitar. I have music education experience as I took 4 years of jazz improvisation and music theory classes throughout high school. I have a very good ear for music, so it is easy for me to learn songs by ear quickly and teach them to students. Experience Teaching: I've been a counselor at Summer Music Programs at Harcum college, where I worked with kids ages 11-17 to develop their technical music skills and recording experience. A large part of this job was teaching groups of kids how to play songs of their choice on whatever their instrument is, and then they would be able to play that song with their "band".
