I have participated and worked in the music industry as a professional for over 20 years. My services included studio vocals and songwriting. My musical influences include Mariah Carey and I also enjoy Phil Collins. My teaching style can best be described as creative. My teaching philosophy can best be described by saying that I believe the best way to become a great singer is to fall in love with doing it. In my lessons, you can expect to learn proper breathing, extending your vocal range, and matching you with the styles you desire to sing. I like to tell my students no question is a dumb question. ask me anything.. My favorite thing about teaching is sharing tools with a fellow vocalist.. My students love that I listen. I primarily teach Gospel, but I can also teach many other genres including pop, RB, and country. My approach as a teacher is to keep the enjoyment of music as the foundation.
