Over the years, he developed his skills further by attending the University of the Virgin Islands and obtaining his BA in Music Education. He gained performance experience in St.Thomas, US. Virgin Islands playing at venues such as Tavern on the Waterfront, Prior-Jolleck Hall, Reichold Center for the Arts. Though Howard can teach many different genres of music, his personal favorites are Jazz, Funk, and Gospel Fusion. Howard Loves music because it gives him a voice to express himself and loves teaching music because he helps others to express themselves.
