Lora has been playing professionally for five years playing at venues such as Dizzy's Club CocaCola and many more. Lora loves singing and creating music and she wants to share her love for music with her community. She wants her students to love their instrument as much as she does and that's why she strives to create a customized learning environment for each of her students so that they will get the most out of lessons as well as having fun. She has spent years learning and practicing her jazz technique and it shows. Lora is one of my favorite instructors because when you ask her why she assigns a certain thing there is always and an answer and it is never “because I said so”. She always takes the time to explain exercises and how they will help the student improve. Aside from being a great teacher she is also an outstanding person. Being only a year younger than Lora we have a unique relationship as we are also peers. Having been in class with Lora it is plain to see that she puts hard work and dedication into every aspect of her musical education. She takes what she learns and uses it to help her students. Working with Lora and knowing her has been an absolute pleasure, I would recommend her to vocalists of any level.
