My name is Hasani and I am a singer/songwriter from Los Angeles. I have been a student of music for about 15 years. My musical influences include some of the singers I grew up learning from actually. I was fortunate enough to grow up with some of the best singers in the industry such as celebrity vocal coach Stevie Mackey Jennifer Lopez coach and many others. I learned everything about music from the instrument of voice to live performance. I'm taking everything I learned and giving back to teach it. My teaching style can best be described as engaging, fun, and challenging all in one. My teaching philosophy can best be described by saying that I want to make sure you come out not only as a better singer but as a better person. In my lessons, you can expect to learn how to train your voice as an instrument and learn everything about what's behind the music. At the core music is storytelling. I like to tell my students to have fun and push themselves past the limits you think you have! My favorite thing about teaching is seeing students overcome new challenges. My students love that I care to get to know THEM besides a singer, but as a person. I primarily teach singing, but I can also teach songwriting as well.
