We encourage creative learning by focusing on what the children are excited about (i.e. firetrucks, babies, nature, animals, etc.). We educate by utilizing 'Tot Trays', which provide toddlers with various self-guided learning activities promoting practical skills, fine motor skills, creating familiarity with letters and sounds, etc. We promote a healthy lifestyle, therefore, we will be providing a healthy breakfast and two snacks for the children throughout the week! I've been providing child care since I was 12 years old, when I started watching the neighborhood kids and now I am fortunate enough to watch kids in our home. We have three children, but two of them are in school full time and my youngest is 4 years old. He will be in preschool three mornings a week, so I will be able to spend the time giving your child the love, attention and special care he or she deserves. I am open to all ages, including infants. We will go on age appropriate outings to the Zoo, COSI, local parks, the library, and many other fun and engaging places. I love reading to children, listening to music, dancing with kids, doing art and crafts, and being outside as much as possible. I can also provide transportation to soccer, preschool, or anything else you want to sign your child up for, depending on the schedule. Parents will feel secure leaving their children at Baby Doves Enrichment Center. We love each child as if he or she were our very own. At Baby Doves, we allow children to have hands-on learning experiences. This fosters age appropriate development. We read to the children everyday. We believe that positive reinforcement is important for children to develop self-esteem. Children need an environment that supports free expression and stimulates learning.
