Hi! My name is Michelle Paty. I am 28 years old. I am a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with over 5 years of experience in pediatrics (NICU, PICU). I have stepped back from my career as we are growing our family and have decided to offer in home childcare as a way to supplement our monthly income. My husband and I own our home in Erie, CO. It is a new construction home 3 bed, 2 bath. We do have 2 dogs but they will be kept downstairs during daycare hours. I am looking to accept 2-4 children 2-3 days per week. These days would currently not include Monday or Wednesday as I am working my other job on those days. I am flexible with hours and would work out pick up/drop off times on an individual basis with each family. My ratio would never exceed 1:4. I am more than happy to accept children with medical needs as I have strong experience caring for children with complex health needs. I also have extensive experience with neonates including babies with history of prematurity. I am BLS (CPR), PALS (pediatric advances life support), ACLS (advanced cardiac life support) certified and hold and active RN and APN licenses. I am board certified by the Pediatric National Certifying Board as an active pediatric nurse practitioner. I will tailor each daycare experience to the age(s) of the children, but will offer organic and healthy snacks, enrichment activities, scheduled nap/quiet time, as well as the option of healthy meals when necessary. If you are interested, please contact me with number of children you require care for and their ages, days and hours needed, and any special needs/requirements for each child. If I think your children would be a good fit for my in-home childcare, we will set up a time for an interview and home tour. Please contact me via email at michellecpaty@gmail.com.
