We were fortunate to employ Nicole for 4 months as the overnight caregiver for mom who was in at-home hospice (cancer). Determined to keep her comfortable and close, we began the difficult task of vetting private care givers. We were grateful to have found Nicole whose experience, technical skills and references made her an ideal choice. Nicole was extremely goodnatured which easily allowed mom to feel comfortable and less resistant. Sundown Syndrome made her transition to hospice and the evening shift particularly challenging. Nicole maintained her professionalism and demonstrated deep compassion for mom during a difficult time. Entrusting mom's care to strangers was stressful initially but Nicole proved to be a true team player and asset to mom's care team. She was knowledgeable, dependable, and flexible. Nicole was not only a dutiful caregiver, she became a trusted family friend and the reason I slept soundly at night. I recommend her without reservation.
