This is for some weekends. For a bed bound patient. The morning would consist of a bed bath and diaper change & getting dressed. Afternoons would just be diaper change but would be paid for 1 hour. Some mornings we may require the use of the house lift to get him out of or in bed. He can also use walker with assistance! There is no cooking required. We may occasionally ask you to microwave a meal.

I'm looking for companion care for my mom who lives alone, 67. I live out of state. Services needed as described, if you are not a patient person this job is not for you, she needs a friend to guide and help her with transportation & house needs. Attributes needed are patience, kindness and patient centered approach. Mom is physically capable, but not mentally capable to run a household by herself, expired drivers license and has dementia with depression. She can cook and wash dishes, take bus but cannot clean to extent needed or order groceries and gets lost. She does not recognize medical help is needed and resistant to allow family to support more. I am looking to hire help for twice a week - flexible on days, start time. Would prefer weekly schedule be regular. Preference is to hire someone who lives near Apopka, 10-20 min drive.

About who needs care: My husband is bedridden and is unable to walk or sit up on his own. He can sit in a wheelchair. He needs help feeding, bathing, changing his diapers, and brushing his teeth. Also need help changing his sheets and doing laundry. About the care needs: Must be familiar with care of a bedridden person. Must be able to change adult diapers and use a Hoyer lift. Excellent hygiene required. Covid vaccinated non smoker please. About me: I love my husband dearly. Seeking a a gentle person with a calm personality to help our daily needs. We used to own a Thai restaurant and there's always great food to share! Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, mobility assistance, laundry, light housekeeping (I have a weekly housekeeper). No cooking needed. Times needed: 10 a.m. -2 pm, 6 p.m. -9 pm

About who needs care: Mom is 89 and has mobility, her husband is 98 who has good mobility as well. Mom drives to grocery and appointments but is realizing it is getting to be too much. Both can shower independently. I may be looking for a home assessment as well. Were still somewhat in the investigation of the options stage. About the care needs: Warm and caring spirit. Able to do some cooking a laying in of meals. No specialized skills needed. Youthful with lots of energy. Parents are Christians so it would be nice to have someone of similar faith. Looking for someone to cook, drive, help getting dressed and to socialize with. About the care needs: Speaks English well as my mother is hard of hearing. Does not need anyone with specialized skills. Wants the person to cook as she likes. She will need help in and out of the water if she goes to the pool. Also looking for a Physical Therapist. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing. Also looking for someone to spend the night when I am away.
