Hi, I'm Mabel I'm a part-time college student. When I'm not taking care of children I enjoy reading and writing. I've worked as a nanny and a sitter for about a year but I've been in the childcare field for several years. I worked at a daycare called New Destiny Academy as a toddler and infant teacher. I've also worked as a camp counselor and dance instructor. I love watching children's eyes light up when they learn something new. I hope to help change the world, one child, at a time. *Note: To all families seeking a new nanny I am currently employed part time for a family. I will not be accepting new full time clients until June 2021. However, my schedule varies during the week so I am still accepting onetime and reoccurring sitter positions. I will update my schedule weekly.

Mabel has babysat for us a few times. She gets along well with our son. We haven't had any issues except she did cancel on us less than hour before her scheduled time to arrive on our last scheduled time. Her excuse was that she "forgot she didn't have a ride." This was quite disappointing since we had plans that we had to cancel because of her irresponsibility in proper planning. Due to this reason, I wouldn't book Mabel again. Reliability is extremely important to us and her inability to communicate in a timely manner caused major inconvenience to our family.
