Hello! We're looking to supplement childcare for our 2-year-old boy and newborn when I go back to work in the fall. A family member watched our first child full-time, but would like to switch to three days a week when I return. We would prefer in-home care - we have a large backyard to enjoy and our son loves to be outside. It would be 8:15 to 3:30 on weekdays. Our schedule for which days of the week could change or there could be weeks where we don't need childcare, too. I work from home so I'm available at lunch and would be right upstairs if needed.
