Our girls love pretending, crafting, cooking, and playing with their chickens. Our oldest struggled with staying motivated during virtual learning in the spring. She is very smart, but has been backsliding and misses school. She needs someone to push her to do learning even when she doesn't want to. Our youngest loves to do puzzles, build things, play dress up, and have stories read to her. When I am working from home it is hard to give my girls what they need. Our ideal caregiver: Structured enough to motivate my 1st grader to do school work. Disciplined but kind and warm. Loves creativity. Has kids clean up after themselves and is willing to clean up after meals etc. Additional needs include light housekeeping, having a reliable car and being comfortable with pets. We could use help with homework or curriculum assistance and structuring activities. Looking for a caregiver for my 3-year-old daughter and 6-year-old daughter. My schedule may vary.
