My husband and I are looking for a nanny to watch our son. I'm currently 7 months pregnant and due on 18 February. I plan to take 12 weeks of maternity leave, so would need our nanny to start mid May when I return back to work and depending on when our little man plans to make his arrival. I tend to work 6am-2pm, so we are looking for someone that can be at our house by 4:30 a.m. Since I try to leave around 4:45/5 a.m. I'm looking into only going back 4 days a week for the first year, so may only need a nanny for 4 days a week to start, but that hasn't been confirmed yet. My husband is out the door even earlier so he will be the first one home and his arrival varies some days so we are looking for someone that is flexible. I'm hoping he will be home each day around 12 p.m. , or so but again it can vary. We do have a Shiba Inu, so our nanny will have to be comfortable being around her and let her out when she wants to go outside and make sure her water bowl stays full. I'm also looking for someone who doesn't mind a little housekeeping and eventually food prep when our son gets a little older and starts eating something other than breast milk or formula. We are looking for someone who can watch our son in our own home. Someone who has years of experience, is up to date on all vaccines, and is CPR trained and certified. We also would like someone who can provide background checks and references.
