Part Time Babysitter Needed For 2 Children In Leesburg

Part Time • $9 – 13/hr • Starts 04/05 • Leesburg, FL
We are moving to Leesburg this month and are looking for a part time babysitter for our 2 daughters in Leesburg. We would prefer a babysitter who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is willing to drive children, who is comfortable with pets and who is CPR certified. The schedule will change weekly. One week 2 days one week 3 days. Need someone to pick them up from school and watch them until 5:30 p.m.

We are looking for an experienced child care provider to care for our 1-year-old son. He loves to watch Elmo, play with trucks and balls, and eat. He is just learning to walk so he needs 24/8 supervision. We would like someone to sit with him and teach him basic things. Possibly ASL if possible. But keeping him safe and happy is the main goal. Our preferred caregiver should be good with kids and pets, be patient, and respect our wishes. Our apartment complex has public transit access and public parking. We have three pets. Two dogs, male and female Maltese poodle mix, they are 13 years old and still full of life. Part of the job would be to take them out regularly. And one cat, a short haired tabby, who will come to you but often keeps to herself.

My husband is a correctional officer so he is at work a lot and I am a full time caregiver for my father which is why I need a reliable sitter on call. I take my father to his Dr appointments 2-3 times a week. My daughter is in remote learning so I need to make sure someone is able to keep her focused on the computer and not distracted. Lunch may be the only meal that will need to be cooked or it may be pre-made. We have a dog named Snowball, she is 2 years old and a huge sweet heart, she is certified as an ESA dog so no worries there when it comes to aggression. I understand that during this Covid-19. Era a lot of kids are home with parents so I do not mind if you need to bring your own child with you.
