We provide full personal care management, customized supportive living services and care plans, home-making, medication reminders, meal preparation, restorative exercises, errands, socialization , respite care short term and long term and other concierge services.

Our services fall under 4 categories:

#1 CARE-GIVING: services are provided where care is needed by home health aides, and companions.

#2 CHRONIC ILLNESS MANAGEMENT & COORDINATION: These services are designed to reduce frequent trips to the hospital and rehab facilities. A registered nurse (me) designs the care programs.

#3 CARE MANAGEMENT & CARE COORDINATION: These services are provided by an RN Geriatric Care Manager. The goal is to make long distance care-giving easier and more gratifying for the long distance or the very busy local family caregiver.

#4 CONCIERGE CARE SERVICES: Tailored to meet your needs.

With me, you will only pay for the care you need. There is no minimum number of hours of care; you pick the payment plan that suits your unique situation.
