I found they woukd take my scheduled Aid on the days I had one and leave me without an aid so they could put the Aid on a 24-hour care client. I had one of their aides steal from me and they would not provide the aid phone number or her last name. I think that's very unprofessional. And their nurses I would not say that they are very good with the experiences I've had with them
