TherAerobics is mobile company that specializing in providing exercise and fitness solutions for seniors and older adults. We travel to assisted living, independent living communities and residential locations within the Metro-Detroit area to provide exercise sessions to individuals and groups. This passion was born out of our personal experience with an elderly family member. The need for services and ever increasing senior population has inspired us to create practical solutions for this age group. We want to help maintain the independence, health and well-being of seniors by providing strength training, brain aerobics incorporated with exercise, functional fitness, post physical therapy exercise solutions and more combined with an overall great experience.
