Greetings! We are Ann and Larry Hogan, proud owners of Synergy HomeCare Upland. We have lived in the Inland Empire for nearly 20 years and it has been a great place to raise our children, live, and work. We are thrilled that we now have the opportunity to touch the lives of those in the communities of Fontana, Rancho Cucamonga, Upland, Ontario, Montclair, Claremont, Pomona, San Dimas, La Verne, Glendora, and Covina.

We were drawn to in-home care after witnessing our own parents struggle to maintain theirdignity and independence. Finding quality in-home care was both a gift and a blessing to our families.
