We are Stonebridge Home Care. We are new to Utah County but have a long history serving clients in Southern Utah as A Gentle Touch Home Care. We are excited to be serving in the Utah County community. We provide in-home personal services to those in need ranging from children with disabilities to seniors who choose to stay living in their own homes or in independent living centers. We are approved by all Medicaid providers, such as Healthy U Medicaid, Health Choice Utah, SelectHealth Community Care, MolinaMedicaid, and Traditional Fee-For-Service Medicaid. We can also assist through the VA Aide and Attendance Benefit. Our services include: meal preparation, assistance with eating, companionship, respite care, medication reminders, light housekeeping, assistance with mobility, assistance with bathing, and assistance with hygiene. We want to be a community resource for you so that we can help you benefit from our services. If we are not able to personally offer our assistance, we will find a company that can.
