I would like to acknowledge the caregivers that are part of my team morning: Teresa, Dekenya and Aiyanna. Night: Lisa, Precious. My mom is 100 and bedridden and These ladies take such good care of her. Mom likes them all and tries to help them. Southern Comfort makes sure I get a substitute who I would like to get on our team. Can't forget them. Geraldine,Tamisha, Kyra, Rita, Briana, Katrina and Taylor. They treat my mom with respect and are so kind and help her with her eating. I never knew why people thanked their caregivers but after having to be in this situation that is why I am writing. I have had 2 previous agencies and Southern Comfort was highly recommended by therapists. I am so happy that I changed agencies. I haven't had 1 bad experience. They take care of mom the way I do. The schedulers work very hard to get another caregiver when I calls out. I give you 5*

I am very pleased with Southern Comfort Home Care. Lately anywhere you go/call the customer customer service can be tough, However with Southern I felt well taken care by not only the owner's but additional office Staff as well. My go to was Mrs. Marian she works magic her scheduling and is always easy to talk to, Great listener even answered questions & reassured me when I needed it. Highly recommend this location for anyone & my family members as well as my husband's and my own future. THE ARE VERY CONFIDENTIAL AND RESPECTFUL OF PRIVACY. THANKS TO ALL

My grandmother got COVID while at a rehab facility and it was very hard finding a home care company to help her when she got home. Southern Comfort was able to help our family very quickly despite her being COVID positive. My grandmother is so happy to be home and said the caregivers have been professional and helpful.

Southern Comfort helped us so much after my sister's surgery in October. During the Covid Season, it was proving to be tremendously difficult to make arrangements for someone to stay with her to ensure her comfort and safety. They were quick to respond, eager to help and really were proven go-getters from the first phone call, right up to when the final bill was rendered. We are so appreciative of Southern Comfort Home Care's staff. We have recommended them to several of our friends already who plan to use them with their folks.

I am putting dry towels on my wet bedding !
If workers don't pay attention to what they are supposed to do , why bother - I lay out dry ,clean sheets . Don't pay attention and I have to have damp , sheets , if they take the ear plugs out, they might learn how to use a vacuum and that they were given dry sheets to begin with .; I am furious to be sleeping on my dry towels . All I wanted is clean dry bedding like I had before your person made my life miserable -I was feeling better, first time since out of hospital . I will pay for someone to do the job . The worst !
Service . I was having the first nice day since out of the hospital. Wet damp sheets are not appreciated.
