My sister suffers from a debilitating neurological condition which necessitated our needing home healthcare until she could be admitted to a nursing home. Needless to say, this was a most difficult and emotionally painful situation for the family. Throughout her home healthcare, Chris was terrific. He always did his best to find the home healthcare that would be the best fit for my sister; he always worked with us in a responsive and honest fashion, and he always dealt with us in a very caring and understanding way. We can't thank him enough for how he helped us through a difficult transition.

Due to COVID19 we took mom out of her nursing home and brought her back home for her safety. We knew we wanted home care but not sure where to start. After getting word of mouth reviews about these guys I decided to do some research..5 stars almost on every site i could find so I gave them a call & made contact with Victoria she explained the process thoroughly and detailed pricing. 24 hour care cost much less for home care then her current nursing home so it was a no brainer! What I really appreciate is how Senocare goes extra mile to protect my mother Anne and the aide from COVID19. Not only do the aides all have mask and gloves but even thermometers! Very nice caregivers who we have paired with mom right now and great office staff always willing to help! We never had this great of a service with the nursing home in Boca (not going to say any names) I hope they continue to bring their A game!! Keep up the good work and stay safe ladies! Though this is my first experience with home care companies I'd give them 5 stars and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I am very impressed with this company, especially the owner Chris. I was relatively distraught trying to find care for my stepmother quickly after my father passed away and was looking online in the middle of the night sending out inquiries. After sending a few emails I received a text from Chris that he was happy to speak to me right then and there at 2:00 a.m.. I spent about an hour on the phone with him in the middle of the night. Since then we've had a few care givers through this company who have been great. But the stellar service we receive from Chris goes beyond what I would have expected. He really cares about taking care of other people. He will do what it takes to make sure your loved one is cared for and your family's needs are met.

We've been using Senocare services for few months now and I have to tell you I had to make a review. Never have I been so compelled to tell other people how professional and experienced the staff are. The owner is outstanding. My wife and I went out of town 2 weeks ago and we had ZERO worries about my 95 year old mother. They have RNs routinely stopping by to check her blood pressure and vitals while the aides do their usual. Great job guys!

Great company to work with. It took a few nurses for my mom but overall the management and staff went the long way to help find a solid placement.
