This is a response to "Margaret".
Personal Care Aides are sent to help you with Activities of Daily Living. When they come to your house and it's surrounded with Law Enforcement searching for a murder suspect, that's a key indicator it's not going to work out. The second indicator is that - Personal Care Aides are there to help you, not transport someone back and forth to the detention center 5 days a week for visitation.
No company that cares about their employees will allow that.

Place should be shut down ,the most unprofessional aids come out

Very unreliable. My caregiver often times does not show up. When I call their office no answers the phone. No one lets me know that my aid is not coming. Very frustrating. Instead of correcting the problems they simply dropped me as a client.
