19.00 an hour more like 11.25, don't pay you for your time off while training, they retaliate and discriminate their employees and clients, they don't appreciate employees enough to even give a raise after 2 years of employment, so clients are left with staff that aren't well trained, they use clients to take advantage of staff to try to get employees they don't appreciate off and hire new employees at higher pay and less experience then their current employees that continue to be dedicated to their clients, don't care about their employees mental health but will continue to bring an employee struggling down to the point they want to end their life!!! If you care for your loved ones don't go with this company to provide that care, bc they don't care enough about their employees so then those employees don't do much for their clients!! Hopefully the equal employment agency takes this complaint

This company is poorly ran by the very unprofessional owner (Sandra) and girls at the office. I would never refer this company to anyone for work and exspecially for care for your loved ones! The owner is a very rude and dishonest person to her staff and too families that pay her for services. She is not family oriented by no means whatsoever. She says one thing and does another. Please trust me I am a past employee for a reason! Find someone else to care for your loved ones that actually cares about what they do and cares about there employees!
