Caregivers are required to provide our supervisory staff with feedback as well. Additionally, periodic visits are conducted by our supervisory staff to ensure that we are achieving the Client's Complete Satisfaction.
Your assigned Care Supervisor will make home visits to supervise your caregiver and make sure that your home care caregiver is following your plan of care and that you are satisfied with the services. Thank You, your business is greatly appreciated.
