Would never chose this place again. Made a huge mistake thinking it was nice because it came referred from a professional service. It was unlicensed but was told by owner she was waiting on it due to Covid backlog.
Once I moved my mom into my home, there were all types of signs she may not have been physically abused, but mental and neglect was sure a concern. She told me she finally felt safe at my house. I saw times when I came unannounced that she was uncared for and that started the ball rolling to get her out. Several time I would call and was told "she won't remember you called anyway, she's asleep". When I told the owner, Nicole, of my concerns, she still never fired that employee.
My advice to anyone would be: make sure they are licensed by the State. Ask for every employees full name with full background check. Also, type and quality of meals.
I learned a lot, but thankful in the end, my mom was with me and under a wonderful hospice care.

My mom has been a resident of Peacock Gardens for more than 2 years. I could not have chosen a better ALF for her! Nicole and her staff truly care for their residents and treat them with kindness, respect and understanding. They make each resident feel special by celebrating their birthdays and decorating for the holidays. My mom has received the greatest of care and regards Peacock Gardens as her home. She has friends and caretakers to color, make puzzles, read, watch TV and talk with. I am always able to reach mom, and can call Nicole anytime to find out how mom is doing. With this pandemic, I have not been able to visit mom and personally give her a weekly manicure, something she loves and looks forward to. Nicole and her staff have stepped in and when I visit mom safely through the window, she loves to show me her manicured nails. Peacock Gardens has gone out of their way to make, not only my mom, but the other residents as well, feel pampered and loved. I highly recommend Peacock Gardens for anyone who needs a loving, caring, clean place to call home for your loved one. You will not find a better place than Peacock Gardens.

Peacock Gardens beautiful environment home bound very clean organize facility. The Care they give to individuals are so powerful with gentle touch make resident feel at home at all times. Staff always use great strategies in making residents feel at home. Staff is out standing. I will diff recommend this facility to other family members and friends. Thank you for your services.

I want to Thank Elle, Nicole and all the staff at Peacock Gardens for the excellent care they gave to our family member. Everyone is caring and compassionate. The house is so beautiful. God Bless.
