Paradise Home Health Care is licensed in both Palm Beach and Broward counties. We offer complimentary consultations to help put together a sensible care plan, do a home safety check and discuss benefits and community resources for present and future needs.

Whether youneed a Companion, Home Health Aide, Certified Nursing Assistant, Licensed Nurse - LPN, RN or an MSW Social Worker, out team works with you every step of the way. We can serve for one hour bath visits to 24 hour care and live in help. <br/> <br/>Services include assistance with ADLs- Activities of Daily Living: Bathing, dressing, transferring, toileting and feeding - as per the need. <br/> <br/>Caregivers also serve as drivers and cooks who provide transportation to appointments and outings, meal preparation, shopping, medication reminders, laundry, exercise buddies, light housekeeping and some pet care. <br/> <br/>Licensed Nurses provide Medication Management who will routinely consult with your physicians and pharmacists to keep medication orders up to date - meds and dosages, while doing a regular medication pour - filling the pillboxes. <br/> <br/>We are available 24/7 and after hour calls are received by our Administrator or Staffer - no answering service. <br/> <br/>Please give us a call for more information.
