Our desire is to ensure your Senior family member will be able to live in their own home for as long as medically possible, while providing the extended familythe peace of mind they richly deserve at an affordable price. <br/> <br/>Our Caregivers are all licensed, experienced, loving individuals who <br/>have passed a through individual Florida State and Federal AHCA Level 2 Background Check. These aren't simply your usual run of the mill, punch in punch out professionals. <br/> <br/>Our Companion Caregivers come to work every day because they believe in our mission to bring comfort and dignity while being keenly aware of the sensitivities as our Senior clients truly wish to live their life in their own home for as long as possible. <br/> <br/>Palm Beach Companion Care will do an initial intake with the family to assess the needs on a case by case basis before any Companion Care is provided. Once this protocol is established to be in the &quot;best interest&quot; of the Senior client a Companion Caregiver will be matched to meet the needs and desires of each individual family. <br/> <br/>If it is determined that the client needs a higher level of care such as a Home Health Agency or possibly an Assisted Living Facility, we would refer you to a provider that fits your immediate needs. <br/> <br/>If for some reason the match we provided isn't compatible with our Senior client, we will take immediate steps to find another compatible Companion Caregiver until we meet the standards set forth in the initial client intake. <br/> <br/>Our Case Manager believes in personal involvement in each Companion Services case by making weekly to bi-weekly visits to the home to ensure the level of Companion Services being provided is exceptional and way above the norm in South Florida.… Read more
