The early years of a child's life are extremely important! Early care and education in the formative years greatly impact and help to shape the individual we will become for life. Knowledge, skills, and behaviors acquired at this time have a far reaching effect on future outcomes in education and various life experiences. The Owl Hill Learning Centers strive to enhance each child's early care and educational experience by providing an enriching environment in which to grow and learn and successfully complete the rest of his/her education. Effective communication and partnering between parents and the staff are essential so that together optimum development and growth are provided to the children. Our locations are licensed by the PA Department of Human Services for full-service childcare, and by the PA Department of Education Bureau of Private Academic Schools. We offer Pre-K Counts, Early Head Start, CACFP and CCIS for eligible families. We also hold the highest STARS rating, STAR IV.
