About the business
We are Our Care Senior Solutions! Our names are Jesse H. & Norma M., and we are owners of Our Care Senior Solutions. Our desire is to provide the care and respect that our seniors not only deserve but have earned through their years of hard work, commitment to family and country.
We have both grown up with close family ties and we know firsthand the impact that caring for an aging relative can have on families. We have both experienced the difficulty in seeing our grandparents and then our parents lose their independence, as well as the difficulty in family members having to struggle day in and out. Understanding our grandparents/parent's desires were to stay in the comfort of their homes was difficult due to our families trying to balance their our loved ones wishes as well as their careers. With lots of care in our hearts we learned this is what we needed to do in our lives.
ATTENTION VETERANS: Most veterans are not aware of the Aid & Attendance Benefit. This benefit can provide 10 to 20 hours a week of free home care services for veterans and their spouses. Our agency can help you with this service at no cost to you.
With part of our name being Senior Solutions, we will work with families and our clients to come up with a solution that will give families peace of mind through our core values that include: CARING - Comfort; Affection; Respect; Integrity; Nurture; Generosity.
Our Agency is licensed, bonded & insured. We are licensed by the State of Texas.

The search for caregivers for loved ones I found to be a difficult task. Disappointed & angered by a former agency left me hesitant to search again. Luckily a social worker recommended Our Care Senior Solutions. I was so blessed to come across them. Their caregivers are top notch, we started with 1 then needed an additional 2. The caregivers were all caring, compassionate, and did their job well. My loved ones were happy which made me happy.
The caregivers were not the only caring ones but also the owner Jesse. On several occasions he checked in with me to make sure things were running smoothly and asked about my loved ones. He was also readily available to speak to me with any changes or concerns and always willing to help. I couldn't have asked for a better agency to care for my loved ones. I highly recommend them!!
