Sounds like the Virginia Department of Labor needs to be contacted. No one should have to work under these conditions!

Working for this company is a nightmare. George (the owner) constantly paid me late. I had checks bounce multiple times and was shorted hours. When i asked for pay stub for the past 4month (i never got any with my checks) I was told he had to make them i recently was shorted hours and informed him he said he would pay me which he never did.he then lied a week later and said he paid me cash for it.(which was a lie) we went back and forth via text for 2 days when i asked him to call me to get everything settled which he refused to talk I had to call multiple times just to hear him say he'd call back. I then received a text later the next day saying I'd be paid the shorted 8 hours. Over the six months i worked with George i was paid multiple was checks, cash,Zelle and direct deposit. This makes it harder for you to keep up and easier for him to get over.
