Nurse owned Adult Foster Care Home has private rooms with bathroom opened for seniors in need of help with all kinds of care. We are specialized in dementia, Alzheimer's, diabetes, IVs, trach care, G-tubes and peg-tubes. We are also accepting patients that do not have medical problems.
We offer home cooked meals, and also follow doctor's orders for any kind of diets. Laundry included, rooms furnished with closet, dresser, arm chair and hospital bed, free TV/cable, free internet and private phone line in every room, medication management, range of motion exercises, activities and games.

I chose this home for my Dad because they wanted to care for him. Maria is the best caregiver... The family is loving and caring and he was very happy here, with great home cooking and attention, he was finally thriving again. Sadly he eventually had a stroke and they were able to accept him back into the home with hospice care. They made him comfortable and took care of all the details .
I would definitely recommend this home for anyone's loved one needing this level of care.

I recommend this amazing Adult Foster Home to everyone that is looking for a safe family environment for their loved one. I have both of my parents in this AFH since 2010 and every time I go to visit they are always happy and smiling, telling me how amazing they feel in this house. Maria is doing an excellent job providing the care and all the necessary requirements to my parents and the other residents, but also keeping the house spotless and cooking only home made meals. Do not hesitate to contact them. You will feel at peace knowing that you placed your parents into a caring, loving and safe house. Martin AFH is the one that i recommend to everyone I speak to.
